Quimi Romar chooses SAP with partners SEIDOR and Google Cloud to leverage full data power

The company has implemented several SAP S/4HANA integrated modules, which have improved production planning, cost management and analytical acquisition.

Founded in 1968, Quimi Romar is a consolidated company that is part of the Romar Global Care group and has 50 years of experience in the pharmacy and perfumery sector. Although it began as a family company, it currently has more than 400 employees and a catalogue of more than 800 products throughout almost 40 different categories within the pharmacy and perfumery sector, which has made it a leading company within the market worldwide providing products that are used daily in more than 70 countries.

Quimi Romar's aim in embarking on a digital transformation project was to improve the monitoring and management of all its operations, and better connect its manufacturing plant to its suppliers and customers. After implementing a new ERP, Quimi Romar decided to integrate different modules (CO, FI, SD, MM, PP, WM, QM and SAC / BW) into SAP S/4HANA to bring all departments together under the same tool, manage the supply chain and have greater control over the company's costs and stock.

Quimi Romar was already aware of SAP after implementing SAP S/4HANA in the cloud with Google Cloud, and therefore decided to continue expanding the solutions that this ERP offers to make the platform more robust and secure, and integrate the different modules that were needed. It also offered the company the data coherence, speed, immediate access to information and agility it was looking for.

Thanks to its association with SEIDOR, SAP and Google Cloud, Quimi Romar has reduced its working stock by 20% and aligned all the company's departments under the same tool, which facilitates communication and information exchange, as well as data speed and power. Furthermore, the company can now also obtain real-time analytical information about different processes and company costs.
