Solución: The key to transformation
An MVP has been created with which 2 new communication channels have been established with pre-university students: a webchat on the university channel's website and a chatbot on Telegram. The bot has been named "Paubot."
Paubot has been built with an identity and close language that allows quick access to university information through natural and humanized conversations, with the ability to hold conversations in Catalan.
Resultados: The impact of collaborative work
In times of Covid-19, where in-person consultations are complicated, Paubot has facilitated:
- Access to university information during the virtual edition of the Education and Future fairs of Catalonia.
- Conversations with more than 1,300 students who have exchanged over 37,000 messages through Telegram and WebChat.
