Industrias Alegre | SAP S/4HANA

The company has implemented a centrally managed international project with local partners under the umbrella of United VARs

Industrias Alegre is a business group with international operations dedicated to the manufacture of plastic injection moulding and die-casting parts, as well as additive manufacturing with Polypropylene (3D printing) and Hybrid Box packaging, a reusable and returnable packaging of its own design. Focused on the automotive, logistics and specialist industries, the company has a central headquarters in Valencia (Spain) and subsidiaries in Poland, Romania and Mexico.

At a time when the world's industrial activity, especially the automotive industry, is going through very difficult times, Industrias Alegre, in line with its strategic plan, continues to invest in new technologies. To this end, it has embarked on a global project to transform the company to the Connected Industry. Among other projects, it decided to upgrade its ERP from R/3 to a global SAP S/4HANA implementation in Spain, with international roll-outs after the opening of a factory in Poland and, in the near future, to the rest of the subsidiaries.
