Info Tech’s Data Quadrant Report Ranks SAP Business One as No.1 ERP Solution

Info-Tech’s Data Quadrant Report selected SAP Business One as the clear leader after comparing more than 22 solutions from 765 user reviews.

The report said that SAP Business One is a “world-class award-winning business management” Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution that empowers users to be “competitive and innovative in the digital economy”.

SAP Business One was also given a composite score of 8.6 out of 10; the highest ranked total. When asking users to consider the emotional response rating of the vendor, emotional footprint, vendor capabilities, product features, and likeliness to recommend to others.

Each of the ERP solutions compared in the report had its scorecard detailing the reviews submitted by users. In the Data Quadrant Report, Info Tech ranked SAP Business One 1st in the first for users’ likeliness to recommend to others, with nearly nine out of ten (88%) respondents willing to endorse the application.

The ERP solution also received the highest possible score in the ‘plan to review’ category, with 100% of users saying they see SAP Business One as a fundamental component to drive business enhancements in the future.

When questioned about their satisfaction with SAP, the vendor also came out as the highest ranked developer for quality of features, breadth of features, and usability and intuitiveness.

World-class innovation

Users were also asked to analyse the functionality within SAP Business One and how satisfied they were with the tools available. The solution again ranked as No.1 for accounting and financial management features, analytics and reporting, supply chain management, job and project management.

All respondents in the survey (100%) agreed that SAP Business One helped their organisation to innovate, and 95% of users said the solution was continually improving with new features and functionality.

The survey also asked users to submit a word or phrase related to SAP Business One. Submissions included ‘performance enhancing’, ‘helps innovate’, ‘enables productivity’, ‘effective’ and ‘love’.
